I brought a pair of very expensive, designer heels in for repair and they did an incredible job!! So I decided to trust them with a rehab project of an even more expensive designer handbag that was in VERY rough condition. Not only did they spend an unbelievable amount of time on it, but they charged me an extremely fair price for the rehab AND they were responsive, communicative, and reasonable throughout the entire process. I know that no other place would have been so helpful and knowledgeable. They have won my business forever. I'm grateful to the business and very appreciative.

I had just gotten some leather work done by shortening a leather belt, black in color. These are allen edmond belts so the quality leather is good. I had just received the belt back and boy, I am not happy about it. Edited: I had some concerns with it but Vasile had reached out to me. We had met and resolved my concerns and I was happy withe the result. I respect the professionalism and am happy the concerns were resolved. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication to your professionalism. Thank you so much! I understand why you guys are in business for over 100 years.

Tired and sore feet. This is your store for inserts and shoes. I have gone to a local Podiatrist in the past, only to be disappointed by a very expensive Orthotic that did not last or wear well. Vasile, custom makes your inserts to fit each foot separately. He has made 4 inserts for me over the years. He is able to add or subtract the necessary padding to help reduce pain. He will listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to find the comfort you need. I only buy sneakers, socks, and inserts from Faklis. I recommend the OS 1st socks for comfort. Amanda does a great job getting stock that you want ordered in.

Falklis Fit in Tarpon Springs is my 14th, and final cobbler in ten years. My experience from my initial phone call inquiry with Amanda, straight through walking into the well lit store to a friendly Vasile was exceptional. It has been medically necessary for me to have a thirteen millimeter lift installed on all of my footwear. Over the last 10 years, I have had dozens of shoes altered in 4 states, including the tampa area. The process is expensive, frequent and hard to find. It must be precise and ideally unnoticeable. If the workmanship is shoddy, sloppy or rushed there is no redo. Scary stuff to leave a 200$ running shoe with strangers. I picked up my shoes today from this clearly well established, busy business. I watched Amanda and Vasile efficiently and patiently deal with a half dozen happy clients. The results? I have had so many meh results, I was not expecting the craftsmanship I was handed. They are PERFECT. Without question, the care, tapering and almost invisible lift was obvious. I was fitted, balanced and set on my way within minutes. I highly recommend this cobbler, and in fact will state I will fly myself or my shoes there from here on out. Do not make the mistake of passing this business. I promise you won't regret it.

Faklis has the best customer service. Everyone there makes you feel like family. When I came there 4 years ago I couldn't walk very well after two surgeries. Orthotics were made, shoes were chosen and now, I'm so excited to be in a pair of sandals. Thank you for always taking good care of me.

Mr. Faklis is so skilled at his profession. He has helped correct various foot issues for 3 members of my family, as well as myself. We drive all the way from Brandon to Tarpon Springs for his wonderful service. Amanda is wonderful in the retail shoe store side and they also have a great selection of stylish orthopedic shoe options as well.
